This course introduces the foundational skills needed to navigate and operate Logic Pro effectively. From setting up the software and mastering shortcut keys to creating and recording tracks, you’ll gain a solid understanding of the essential tools and techniques for music production.

This module is your first step into the world of Logic Pro 11. You’ll begin by learning how to install and configure the software for optimal performance on your system, including selecting audio drivers and setting up MIDI devices. We’ll then dive into the Logic Pro 11 interface, covering its key components such as the Control Bar, Tracks Area, Inspector, and Library. You’ll get hands-on experience customizing your workspace to suit your workflow, from managing display settings to organizing panels and toolbars. 

This Module focuses on mastering essential shortcut keys and navigation techniques to enhance workflow efficiency in Logic Pro. It covers customizing key commands, navigating the interface, streamlining editing with smart tools, and utilizing markers for advanced navigation.

This module explores the different track types in Logic Pro 11, including audio, MIDI, software instrument, and aux tracks, and provides step-by-step guidance on creating and working with them. It covers setting up tracks, adjusting input/output settings, recording techniques, managing MIDI and software instruments, organizing track layouts, and utilizing automation to enhance the dynamics of your mixes. 

This Module covers the fundamentals and advanced techniques of recording both audio and MIDI in Logic Pro, including the setup of tracks, input monitoring, and MIDI performance modes. It also delves into editing techniques, troubleshooting common issues, and integrating external MIDI hardware to enhance the recording process.

This module covers the process of bouncing in Logic Pro, explaining both offline and real-time bouncing for exporting projects as audio files or stems. It also includes preparation tips for clean levels, mastering basics, file formats, export settings, and best practices for organizing, backing up, and exporting files for mixing, collaboration, or different use cases like instrumental or acapella versions.
