In this module, Large & Small Room Characteristics investigates how a room’s size defines its acoustic personality, comparing large and small spaces. In this module, we explore how these differences influence sound behavior and recording possibilities across various contexts.

Module Five: HVAC Noise & Vibration

In this module, HVAC Noise & Vibration tackles the challenge of maintaining silence in studios, focusing on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. We uncover strategies to quiet these systems while keeping the environment comfortable and functional.

Module Six: Instruments

In this module, Instruments unveils the science behind musical sound production, spanning strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, and voice. We explore how these instruments generate sound and the best ways to capture their unique qualities in recordings.
