In this module we introduce the Patcher, a versatile plugin that enables users to chain multiple instruments and effects into reusable, complex patches, streamlining workflow with features like a resizable workspace, auto-arrange modules, and custom control interfaces. Its comprehensive navigation, connection management, and MIDI control capabilities, including voice effects plugins and logic-based features like switches and selectors, empower users to create dynamic, interactive sound designs for studio production or live performance.

Module Three: Audio & MIDI Recording

In this module, you will learn the versatile capture of audio, MIDI notes, automation, and performance clips, with a Recording filter enabling selective data type recording for flexible music production workflows. It supports detailed audio recording to the Playlist or Edison, MIDI note input with quantization and step entry, and automation recording for dynamic control, enhanced by tools like the LFO and Scale Levels for precise editing and creative sound design.

Module Four: Edison

In this module, we go over Edison. Edison is a powerful audio editing and recording tool in FL Studio, integrated into Mixer track effect slots for capturing and processing audio in RAM, optimized for samples up to 500 MB with high-quality 32-bit float processing. It offers versatile functions like exporting audio to Playlists or files, loop recording with take selection, and advanced tools such as denoising, time stretching, and vocal isolation, making it essential for sound design, vocal cleanup, and loop creation.
